It was founded in 1980, by Doctor E. C. Guberman and Dr. P A. Kolodzinski, both of recognized international performance. Salk, acknowledged worldly by the finding of the first vaccine anti poliomyelitis and director of the Salk Institute for Biological Studies (California), restated that "the biological revitalization is the therapy of the future, considering that from the third millenium on, the word "medicine" will refer to " medicine of health" rather than "medicine of disease".
